Appointments MUST be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled service. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of service, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This includes rescheduling appointments within 48 hour cancellation policy. Any changes of appointment must be made 48 hours prior to service. After 2nd Late Cancellation you will be responsible for paying 100% of scheduled service. Excessive cancellation and rescheduling may result in non-refundable deposit or no longer being accepted as a client.
Late to Appointment Policy
As a courtesy, each client is given a 15-minute grace period to arrive. In the case of late arrival, within the 15-minute grace period, the time will be taken out of your service at your expense. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the NO SHOW fee. NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
If you or anyone in your household has Covid you are responsible to cancel/reschedule your appointment accordingly. In the event you show up to your appointment sick or its brought to my attention that you came to an appointment sick, you will no longer be accepted as a client. If you show up to your appointment sick you will be asked to leave and will be responsible for the Late Cancelation fee. There will be no exceptions.
Corrections/Service Adjustment Policy
If you aren't completely in love with your hair, please contact me within 7 days. If it is determined that the adjustment needed is within the scope of your goals at your most recent appointment and is a healthy choice for your hair, we will work together to schedule a complimentary service as soon as possible. If you do not contact me within 7 days, you may be responsible for the cost of a newly scheduled service. If you attempt to correct your color or cut at home, you will be responsible for the cost of a newly scheduled service.
